"Kind of a hassle getting there at night"
The show itself was fine, but getting to and from the location was a bit annoying. The subway was packed, and trying to get a cab afterward was chaotic. If you don’t live nearby or you’re not into dealing with late-night travel, it just felt...

"Beautiful Ballet, Seats Were a Bit Much"
The ballet was really lovely, and I’m glad I went. But after a while, the seats started to feel cramped. There wasn’t much leg room, and the cushion wasn’t exactly comfy either. From where I was sitting, the view was mostly okay, but whenever the dancers went toward the sides, part of the stage felt a little cut Off. I’d definitely go again, just would be more careful about picking my seats Next time

Booking wheelchair seating was really easy. The staff were helpful too. They made everything feel normal. No awkwardness at all...

"Not gonna lie, I was pretty..."
Not gonna lie, I was impressed. The bathrooms were clean, easy to find, and I never had to wait or deal with a crowd

"Finally, casting updates that don’t make you guess"
I have to say, the casting updates were super easy to follow. The substitutions were posted clearly and on time, which should be the standard everywhere but somehow isn’t. No digging around, no last-minute confusion, no “wait, who’s actually performing?” nonsense. It was just straightforward and helpful.

"Beautiful Performance, But Pricey Seats"
I really enjoyed the ballet overall — the dancing was beautiful and the production was definitely impressive. That said, the tickets felt a bit expensive for the seats we ended up with. I’m glad I went and had a good time, but I’m not totally sure it felt like the best value for the money.

"I didn’t really enjoy my time here…"
I didn’t really enjoy my time here. The venue felt cold and way too crowded for me, and I didn’t feel very welcomed. I like places where I can relax and feel comfortable, but this just wasn’t it for me.

"Easy Ticket Booking with a Nice Little Mood Boost"
I used nycballet to look up shows and grab tickets, it was smoother than I expected. At first I was kind of bracing myself for a confusing ticket site, but then I was pleasantly surprised because the pages loaded quickly and the seating info was clear. I got a little excited when I found the dates without having to click around a million times, and by checkout I was just relieved it didn’t drag on forever. Easy experience overall.

"Nice show, just a bit hard to follow at times"
The production looked really nice overall, and some of the scenes were well staged. A few parts felt a little too crowded from where I was sitting, though, and it was kinda hard to follow everything at times. I still enjoyed it, but I did expect the flow to be a bit smoother.

"I was trying to make sure I..."
I was trying to make sure I picked a ballet night that wouldn’t mess with my work schedule, and this made it easy. I found the show times fast, and the timing was clear enough that I didn’t feel like I had to dig around or second-guess it. Simple, no fuss, and helped me plan without risking a rushed evening...

"Such a beautiful night at the ballet ✨"
I saw a show through nycballet.com it was amazing :) I’m definitely not a ballet expert, but the dancing was so smooth and precise, and the music made the whole evening feel really special. The performers were seriously on another level. Our seats were good too, which made it even better. I’d definitely go again!

"Got a fast reply and it was sorted"
I reached out not really expecting much, but they got back to me super quickly. I was still checking my email and then boom, there was the reply. The issue was fixed without a lot of back and forth, which was nice because I had other stuff going on too. Quick help, problem solved, can’t complain...

"Pretty Smooth, Aside From the Website Taking a Little Nap"
Buying tickets on NYCB was mostly painless. The seat map loaded without drama, checkout didn’t take forever, and I appreciated that the prices were actually clear before I paid, shocking, I know. The only annoying part was that the site got a bit sluggish when I changed dates, and I had to refresh once because apparently that was too much excitement for it. Still, my tickets showed up in my email quickly, so overall it was a solid experience.

"Tasty snacks, but definitely not cheap"
I checked nycballet.com before the show to see what the concession options were, i’m glad I did. Once we got to the theater, grabbing drinks and snacks was easy, and the lines moved faster than I expected. That said, the prices are definitely high — not shocking for a theater, but still a little painful. I’m probably biased because I love having something small to nibble on during a night out, so I really wish they had a few more light food options beyond the usual snacks.

"Pretty smooth so far"
I got a subscription this season, i wasn’t sure how the whole member setup would go, but it ended up being painless. Picking dates was easy too, which I kind of expected to be more of a hassle for some reason. The emails about swaps and benefits have actually been helpful, not just extra inbox clutter. So far, I’ve had a really good experience.

"Refund policy felt strict"
I had an okay experience overall, but the refund rules felt a bit strict to me. There was this situation where I needed to change things, and that process wasn’t as flexible as I expected. Just something to keep in mind before buying.

"Getting in felt unnecessarily frustrating"
I showed up early thinking I’d have plenty of time, but the security line barely moved. It also wasn’t clear which entrance we were supposed to use, and different staff members kept giving different directions. When I asked for clarification, it kind of felt like I was being brushed off instead of helped. Bag check was rushed and came across rude, too. By the time I finally got inside, I was already annoyed and had to rush to my seat. The show itself was fine, but the whole arrival process really needs to be smoother...

"A Really Moving Night at the Ballet"
I ended up on nycballet after seeing a performance because I just wanted to learn more about it. The dancers were amazing. Everything looked so effortless, even though you can tell there’s an incredible amount of training and work behind every movement. Some of the quieter, simpler moments were actually the ones that stayed with me the most. I’m definitely not a ballet expert, but I left feeling really moved. If you’re even a little curious, I’d say it’s worth checking out. I’d happily go again.

"I really liked the repertoire overall…"
I really liked the repertoire overall, and there were some lovely moments throughout. A few of the choreography choices started to feel a bit similar after a while, but it was still a really enjoyable performance...

"Fun dancing, but not what we were promised"
My family did enjoy the dancing, and that was probably the best part of the whole experience. But it didn’t really live up to what was promised. The seats were way more cramped than we expected, and after a while the kids got bored halfway through. We were made to think it would be more comfortable and engaging for everyone, so that was disappointing.
